MAX4 Strength Training is the specialty service here at PCF!

Structured weight training in a small group of no more than 4 people from my personal training studio in Manly.

This program creates a fantastic positive atmosphere for you to perform your best, while still having plenty of individual attention with priority on lifting correctly and improving range of movement. As your body adapts and becomes stronger – the resistance is increased and your appearance starts to change shape for the better.

Strength Training is the fastest way to decreasing body fat, look great and feeling confident.

Muscle speeds the metabolism which in turn burns more calories for longer – so you get the best bang for your buck with F.I.R.E (focused intense resistance exercise).
